1. Definitions and Interpretation

• You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of account registration and when placing bets. Use of VPN services, proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited.
• You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law and the jurisdiction of your residence. Individuals under legal guardianship, declared legally incompetent, or subject to gambling exclusion orders cannot register accounts.
• You are not currently self-excluded from gambling activities on olxtoo or any other gaming platform, and you have not been diagnosed with pathological gambling disorder or gambling addiction by a licensed medical professional.
• Employees of olxtoo, immediate family members of olxtoo staff, employees of game providers and software vendors, and professional athletes or officials in sports covered by our betting markets are prohibited from registering accounts to prevent conflicts of interest.

3.1 Account Registration Process

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using different identities but controlled by the same individual are strictly prohibited. olxtoo employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprinting, IP addresses, payment methods, and behavioral patterns. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all related accounts and confiscation of funds.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

To comply with Indonesian anti-money laundering regulations and international gaming standards, olxtoo requires all players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals. You must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Government-issued Photo ID: Indonesian national identity card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and card expiry date. The document must be valid and not expired.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your password with any third party, store passwords in unsecured locations, or use easily guessable passwords. olxtoo recommends using a unique password of at least 12 characters combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols.

All activity conducted through your account is your legal responsibility regardless of whether you personally authorized the actions. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately change your password and notify olxtoo customer support via email at [email protected]. olxtoo is not liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain account security or your voluntary disclosure of login credentials to third parties.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

olxtoo accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata), e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and international payment cards (Visa, Mastercard). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though unusually large transactions may trigger additional verification procedures.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. 6. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

You may request withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 and the maximum single withdrawal is Rp 50,000,000, with no daily limits on the number of withdrawal requests. Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 minutes during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday) and within 30 minutes outside business hours.

Before processing your first withdrawal, olxtoo requires completion of KYC verification as detailed in Section 3.2. Withdrawals to unverified accounts will be placed on hold until identity documentation is reviewed and approved. All winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements specified in the bonus terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, exploiting software errors or game malfunctions, and low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (arbitrage betting, hedging opposite outcomes).

8. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

All bets placed on olxtoo are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager. olxtoo is not responsible for user errors including accidental bets, incorrect selections, or misunderstood odds.

Bet settlement is based on official results declared by the relevant sports governing body, league authority, or game provider. In cases where official results are overturned, amended, or voided after initial settlement, olxtoo reserves the right to re-settle bets according to the revised outcome. Disputes regarding bet settlements must be submitted to customer support within 14 days of the event conclusion.

8.1 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For football betting, if a match is abandoned before full-time, all bets are void except those on markets already determined (for example, first goal scorer, first half results). If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain valid; postponements exceeding 48 hours result in void bets and stake refunds. Asian handicap and Over/Under bets are settled based on the final score including injury time but excluding extra time and penalty shootouts unless explicitly stated.

8.2 Live Casino and RNG Games

• Engaging in fraudulent behavior including credit card fraud, chargeback abuse, identity theft, or money laundering.

• Arbitrage betting, risk-free betting strategies, or placing bets on all possible outcomes of an event to guarantee profit.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to place bets.

Discovery of prohibited activities will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of all funds (deposits and winnings), and potential referral to law enforcement authorities. olxtoo may also ban associated accounts, block IP addresses and devices, and share information with other gaming operators to prevent future abuse.

10. Limitation of Liability

olxtoo provides gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, virus-free, or available at all times. olxtoo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to system downtime, server errors, or technical malfunctions.
